Shipping policy

We know how important timely delivery is, and we do our best to keep the shipping process simple, transparent, and easy to follow from checkout to delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed, packed, and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping, including shipments to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Origin

Orders are dispatched from our logistics and fulfillment partners located in China.

We work with shipping carriers and fulfillment providers to deliver orders to customers within the United States.

Estimated Delivery Time

After an order has been shipped, delivery generally takes 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and carrier operations.

Delivery estimates are provided for reference only and may vary due to transportation conditions or regional service availability.

Shipping Fees

We keep our shipping fees straightforward and clearly displayed before checkout.

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $60
  • $7.99 standard shipping fee for orders between $0–$59.99

The amount shown at checkout is the total shipping charge for your order.
We do not add hidden handling fees or unexpected shipping-related charges after payment.

Carriers & Tracking

Orders are delivered through established shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

You can track your shipment by:

  • Using the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email
  • Logging into your account on our website

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order.

Incorrect or incomplete address information may result in shipping delays or failed delivery attempts. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible before the order ships.

Delivery Delays

Although we work to ship orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors such as:

  • Carrier network interruptions
  • Public holidays
  • High shipping volume
  • Supply chain or transportation disruptions

If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you by email whenever possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please contact us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date.

We will review the shipment details and assist in working with the carrier toward a resolution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change shipping details or cancel the shipment.

Local Pickup

We currently do not offer local pickup or in-store collection services.

All orders are shipped directly to the delivery address provided during checkout.
