You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
What Can Be Returned
We accept returns in most cases, including:

Return Shipping
We provide free return shipping for approved return requests.
If your return is approved, we will issue a prepaid return label.
- The return label is not included inside the package
- It will be sent to you by email after your return request is approved
- Please do not send any items back before receiving the label and instructions

Exchanges
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we are happy to arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
We do not charge restocking fees.
